14-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY

We are confident that the AeroCurve™ system will provide you with massive relief from neck tension. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Dorven Group LLC offers a 14-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, cables, and manuals included.

Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact us via our Contact Page or email us with your order number. Our support team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
